Leigh Fisher threatened to this year, but didn't quite get there.

Used to be Richo with 21, and that seemed impossible to pass. Then Basset got 22 last year, and now Harris.

Embarassing way footy is going, but half the blame goes to Brisbane. How the **** one can't man up is beyond me.

In a dire game of football, the Kangaroos led at every change and never looked in danger of losing as the Saints butchered many attacking forays by poor delivery forward.

pretty pissed off i couldn't get to watch the game today, was bloody hungover and sat in the tv room from 12pm waiting for the game to come on, thought it was going to be on at 2 but no, f'in AVMA's or something. Was the only one in the tv room until 3 on the dot when so fools came in an put a DVD on ffs. At least we won.

is anyone else getting pissed off with channel 7's coverage of AFL... what a joke of a channel.
Ad break after every single goal on friday nights and Football coverage on sunday is total joke... 5 minute add breaks after a goal.. seriously puts you off from watching the game. if the kangas weren't playing.. i wouldn't even bother really.

I'm not going to say Hird isn't an absolute champion, but you know the umpires pick him out ahead of others. Same goes with McLeod (one of my favourite players ever), who is often 4th or 5th best on the groudn but polls 3 or 2 votes, because their influence is exaggerated by their appearance on the ground.

So you're probably right, he may go close, but it won't necessarily mean he deserves to. That being said he's having a terrific year.

After the Guns n Roses concert last night i went to the Ruby Room (club at burswood casino) saw some AFL players.
