Where's this fourth one come from? The Gayle on-the-boot miss from Pietersen I saw, and obviously that one a minute ago, but the other 2 are news to me.
Morton just dropped Pietersen at midwicket.Where's this fourth one come from?
Atleast the wicket keeping has been tidy, even though there have been quite a few byes in this game (mainly due to wayward bowling) I feel that the overall standard of keeping has been tidy from both sides, especially considering the poor effort in the 2005 Ashes and Akmal's nightmare last year. There's been some shoddy fielding in England in the last three seasons (some of it from us)
I mentioned that in my original post. Morton's drop, Gayle's drop and Collymore's drop are all the ones that have gone down.Morton just dropped Pietersen at midwicket.
I thought that was the one a minute ago?Morton just dropped Pietersen at midwicket.
Durrrrrr.I mentioned that in my original post.
Well he's already failed to guard it once, and didn't I hear something about a bad decision on his favour? On Cook-watch, he now needs 8 to average 50 again, I think.
If he was the new Boycs, he'd be jealously guarding that not out.
He was caught behind the wicket yesterday evening but wasn't given, mainly due to the lack of an appeal from the bowler.Well he's already failed to guard it once, and didn't I hear something about a bad decision on his favour?
Nah, I know about that one (and as I say, unless new evidence has been unearthed today it wasn't a nick) but I thought I'd heard about something today? He was caught behind the wicket yesterday evening but wasn't given, mainly due to the lack of an appeal from the bowler.
Pretty sure it was a nick yesterday, from the few replays I seen. There was a potential outside edge that had a huge appeal from the cordon and bowler, but the umpire never looked interested, fair enough to because it missed the bat by quite a distance.Nah, I know about that one (and as I say, unless new evidence has been unearthed today it wasn't a nick) but I thought I'd heard about something today?
Nothing on Snicko, so no nick for mine.Pretty sure it was a nick yesterday, from the few replays I seen. There was a potential outside edge that had a huge appeal from the cordon and bowler, but the umpire never looked interested, fair enough to because it missed the bat by quite a distance.
It happened to a Kiwi batsman in an ODI once I think, I'm not too sure but I get the feeling it was either Craig McMillan or Adam Parore.WOW!!!!!! Never seen that before!
