I think Monty will average just a touch under 30 IMO, which would be a pretty good result for him and England.

Yeah, Monty will always be about 30 IMO. However that's rather good for a fingerspinner these days.

3 I think. Gayle has dropped Pietersen in the slips, Morton just dropped Pietersen at mid-on and I think Cook was dropped as well. Those are the only three I can remember.
