Haha, had 3 Essendon mates over to watch the game.

Channel 7 during the game when showing the teams highlight 3 players from both teams. For Essendon they had Fletcher, Hille and Davey, and I yelled at my mates "Why isn't Slattery highlighted?" as a joke. Then he goes out and plays like that.

Add that to my random buy of Ryder in my Dream Team despite bagging him out for most of last season, and I reckon I can pick a good Essendon youngster when I see one.

Sydney vs. Essendon last week was a gun match
Sydney vs. Geelong 2005 semi-final
Sydney vs. Collingwood 2005 on that traditional match or whatever they always play at the Telstra Stadium.
