Well, I concede, if you say so. I've not heard the others do it, but I've not been listening all the time.
O...K...

I've heard pretty well every person who's commentated advertise their product by saying "this is on tomorrow" - on Sky, of course, it's not even always more cricket.

Disappointed I wasn't up earlier to watch Harmison and Plunkett bowling after reading through this thread. Expected that Chanderpaul-Bravo partnership to do more but can't really complain about Bravo's dismissal. Just hope these two can get the total to 300 and hopefully Sammy will do something with the bat.

Yes, they are contractually obliged to talk about coming attractions, but it's their choice whether they "gush", or not. Which was my original point:)

Oh and Samuels has to play the 3rd Test for one of Morton or Smith. ATM Smith is the most likely to be dropped. At least Samuels can contribute something with the ball if he does as poorly as these two have with the bat.

Amazing how quickly the TMS commentators have forgotten how rubbish Sidebottom's early overs were once he bowled a couple of decent overs - they've been going on about how steady he's been today for the past 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

I have to say I agree with you. Sidebottom was just as bad as the other two seamers at first. Yet he's doing okay in this spell.

Looking better now we've got bowlers who are sending it closer to the stumps than Rochdale on at both ends.

Virtually all the WI and most of Eng's attack are freakin' horrible!

Chander has put everything in perspective (man amongst incompetent boys) and shown the difference between test class and the rest of this rabble.

As someone mentioned earlier, I hate to think how many runs Dravid will pile up against this lot
