Has anyone got any idea as to the wage limit for exceptional and sensational are?

Got a couple of wonderfuls who I've no idea how close they are to exceptional and how much their wages might be if I train them to the intended level of sensational.
From what I know, exceptional is about 17.5 k, and sensational is about 24.5.

End of Over 19: 57-2, runrate=3.00
Potgieter 5-0-23-1
Thackeray* 6 (21 balls)
Phiri 30 (53 balls)
Last Wicket: Prest st. Terry b. Potgieter 5 (FOW: 32/2)

FFS, take some wickets. It's hard and fast, but you'd think that against high comp/low resp batsmen, they would've lost a few more

Last Wicket: Gaxa st. Ghandi b. Brayley 45 (FOW: 123/5)

Tiisetso the weak link today...though he has been for a while.

Luckily I have enough options - Bennie and Weerappuli not playing todays game.

Edit: Just listed Tiisetso. It's time for him to leave the Tigers.

Dammit, Canning gets out with 10 runs to go for victory. Yet another reason for him not opening the batting. Apart from that it was a good start to the season for me.

The Cavaliers 79 (32.3)
Tedstone 3/11 (6), Canning 3/20 (10), Erasmus 2/5 (5)

Magical Ponies 1/80 (10.5)
Kilkenny 39* (31), Canning 34 (28), Griffin 6* (7)

FFS. My next cup match:

minimalmen
Top Order: strong
Middle Order: feeble
Lower Order: worthless
Seam Bowling: superb
Spin Bowling: proficient
Fielding: mediocre

I'm away as well, so I could well be out of the cup without getting a home game. I'll have to bowl them out fairly cheaply I guess.

Thinking about going for a H&F pitch, as they say spinners are known to work well on them, also because my batting lineup is probably stronger then his.

So now that I've bought a new batsman trainee, I'm faced with the significant problem of nettage. I was originally planning on training Tedstone (currently a strong/prof bat) to superb batting with one bat one field. Then, now that I've bought 17 year old Bill "The King" Burger (resp/feeble, comp stamina), I've taken Tedstone off his fielding net and given it to Burger. Given that he's 17 though, I'd obviously prefer him to be on at least two nets.

So should I take Tedstone off his batting net and give it to Burger as well? Or should I rearrange my nets in another way (I could conceivably take Canning off his fielding net). Anyway, my current net set up is:

Gavin Canning - 21 yo, BT Rating=83,144
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: remarkable Concentration: quality
Bowling: exceptional Consistency: quality
Fielding: competent
1 bat, 1 bowl, 1 field

Connor Potgieter - 18 yo, BT Rating=13,746
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, strong batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A destructive player with superb leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: worthless Concentration: worthless
Bowling: strong Consistency: competent
Fielding: woeful
2 bowl

Charlie Terry - 19 yo, BT Rating=23,044
RH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A defensive player with feeble leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: superb
Batting: strong Concentration: respectable
Bowling: woeful Consistency: feeble
Fielding: abysmal
2 bat, 1 keep

Hamish Tedstone - 21 yo, BT Rating=34,023
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with feeble leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: strong Concentration: proficient
Bowling: quality Consistency: proficient
Fielding: mediocre
1 bat

Bill Burger - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,601
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, lively
A destructive player with woeful leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: feeble
Bowling: woeful Consistency: feeble
Fielding: worthless
1 bat

Any thoughts would be welcome :)

I'd give him one of Terry's batting nets, or Tedstone's. Although personally I'd have kept training Tedstone's bowling a bit more.
