Thought I'd dig this again (I think we should every time we think of a new award possibility), to mention this:

If there was an award for stating the obvious....

I think it'd be a great idea, TBH. Can't think of anyone to name it after off ' top of my head, but I thought it'd be a thing to consider first - who thinks it'd be an idea? If a decent number do, we can think of a name.

I think the CW 'stating the obvious' award should be named after Jimmy Adams.

Wouldn't mind it being called the Ramiz Raja award. And tbbh I think the Saj should be renamed to the Younis Khan award. Whiny little ****...

The Rameez Raja Award would be for say posting heaps and heaps in an Official Tour thread, just commentating on the game. He has the ability to "analyze" every ball bowled. I'd fancy pasag or pup11 to win it most times TBH.

Maybe - and this is only a maybe - we could call it the Saj\Younis... but I'm not sold, TBH, these things can get too long-winded, and if we start taking it too far it could be named after 50 players.

As for the Stating The Obvious Award - it could be named after 50 people, it's just a question of who was to hand when the naming was being done. Jimmy was the lucky man in this case.
