Yeah Vettori has just got out so it is a good thing that cable isn't working for me.So glad I watched United instead of NZ. Possibly the best game of football I've ever seen (in my short 3 years of watching it).
Yeah really wishing Kaka didn't exist just now, he's a bit good, but as I said, that's a bloody good result for us given the circumstances.Execellent game, glad I got up and watched it, and I have to say Wes Brown >>>>> Daniele Bonera anytime, anywhere IMO and I don't know what was the injury to Maldini.
Darren Fletcher, Ryan Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney were great for MU whilst only really Kaka' turned up for Milan and geez he really is gun as much as it is killing me to say so. You guys in England and Scotland would get a different feed to us, as ours comes via ESPN to SBS and it would show a caption when they brought the players name up and it would show much metres they covered, how on earth to they work out such a thing?
Dida for me is Mr Inconsistent for mine, he can make some brilliant saves and play like he is the best out there, but can be absolutely rank.
Haha, me too, he wasnt in the game at all untill that pass.... I'll forgive him a lifetime of sins for that.Tbf I've been shouting to get him off, he's been dire in this game until now.
Rooney is a legend.
Haha lucky git.Cant wait for Milan, especially as i'll be there!!
Yeah would of beenit was hilarious when i heard it though cause i was staying with my parents and there friends in West Ham at the time and i was like lmfao
Haha Scaly, I don't think keepers should be rooted to their line, but wandering aimlessly is stupid.Yea, that's the way. Forget about stopping half a dozen goals a season by being off your line so being able to get to some through balls before the attacker. Just make sure you're rooted to the line instead so someone can't score that one freak goal past you in your whole career.
I always thought the two yellow cards rule applied in the group stage, and then again in the knockout stages, so the point at which all yellow cards were eradicated was the end of the group stage.Question for the football rulebook brains in the forum.
Do the yellow cards for Heinze, Scholes etc. from the quarter final still carry through to the next game? There's a bit of confusion about this on the United forums I post at. Apparently Scholes, Heinze and Ronaldo could still miss the final if they get a yellow in the next game despite the fact that they came through last night without being booked.
Figures, typical clueless ***** at UEFA do it again. The responsibility for the trouble lied solely with Roma and the police/stewarding/etc."UEFA have fined United 21,300 euros following crowd disturbances at the UEFA Champions League match in Rome on 4 April. Their hosts, AS Roma, have been fined 47,700 euros." --manutd.com
Actually he was, IIRC, very popular with both. The two South Coast teams are actually better than most at forgetting a player's past - Peter Crouch still gets cheered at Fratton, and with Redknapp as manager, it'd be a bit hypocritical to jeer any players with connections to both clubs.Managed Southampton and Portsmouth (twice) eh, bet he wouldn't of been too popular, but RIP though, will be sadly missed. Still he was able to one thing in his career some of the games greatest players have never done and that is win a World Cup.
Well it's not quite Barcelona and Real Madrid.Actually he was, IIRC, very popular with both. The two South Coast teams are actually better than most at forgetting a player's past - Peter Crouch still gets cheered at Fratton, and with Redknapp as manager, it'd be a bit hypocritical to jeer any players with connections to both clubs.
