Gave up a night clubbing for this aswell. Will be pissed if it's not a good game (i.e. NZ winning ). Although at least i would have saved myself some yennage.

Excellent start for the Black Caps, Franklin is bowling beautifully. If only he was able to consistently bowl like this at the start of ODI's.

I think, TBF, if Franklin could have bespoke pitch it would pretty much be this. He's making good use of it tho, to be fair to him.

Yes, very pleasing to see. The pitch is helping him out but you still have to land it in the right places.

Flem should bowl him out so he doesn't have to come back and get slaughtered.

I think the overcast conditions are also helping the fast-bowlers, so it was a superb toss for Flem to win.
