Seconded. Was hoping for more discussion given I'd been having cricket withdrawals the last two days.

Tamim looking like a walking wicket here - but if he can get to 30 or 40 in quick time, it'll set a good platform.

Javed Omar has such a good technique for such a poor batsman. I seriously think if he was a bit more confident in his game, he'd score a lot more runs. Also probably needs to move his front foot across more... but that's all a bit late now given his age...

Personally it looks pretty poor to me, his forward defensive simply implies Javed getting squared up and his initial trigger movement means his a prime candidate for LBW. Although, I agree, Mr. Omar is a pretty basic cricketer.

For someone who takes a lot of stupid risks, Tamim's strike rate hasn't been anything at all special in the last two matches.

It isn't and worryingly for young Iqbal he has a lot of Imran Farhat about him. Makes batting seem awfully complicated and the extravagance in which he plays is almost uncalled for, considering half the time he ends up missing the ball. But credit to the kid his still there.

That failure from Habibul Bashar bring his average in World Cup cricket to 7 (after eight games).

Tamim Iqbal has now departed, Andre Nel picks up his third. Iqbal never did look at ease against Andre.

The super 8s were really killed off by Bangladesh and Ireland making it through. I just cant get interested in half the games because I know they will be boring dire mismatches. This in conjunction with the pathetic crowds has really ruined this WC imo.

I'm still bloody pissed they didn't play Nafees.

Ah well at least Kallis got a wicket, dream team captain and all.

Aftab and Ashraful putting up a fight now too which is good.

Yeah good partnership from Aftab and Ashraful. Bangladesh starting to motor now, great hits from Aftab...

Boundaries coming now, and with wickets in hand, they can get a competitive score here.

Come on Bangladesh. :D
