Promote Yuvi to VC (grooming to be captain within 1-2 yrs)

Send Sehwag to county cricket or Aus/RSA domestic cricket to lose some flab and learn how to be more consistent

Bring Yuvi up the batting order (3 or 4, with Dravid also at 3 or 4)

Find some talented all-rounders from U19 teams and give them personal coaching .. BCCI should invest the crores into that .. instead of filling coffers/overpaying the underperformers

Invest in fitness/strenght training for Zaheer and Munaf and other promising pace-bowlers to add a yard of pace and encourage them to bowl as fast as they can versus becoming line-length bowlers .. useless in Int'l cricket (even Sri Lanka has 3 faster bowlers than we do)

Shut down MRF Pace academy .. biggest waste

What's Chappel's mistake out here?? Is he to blame if the Indian Players are a bunch of posers?

The 2 keys that link the great West Indian and Austrailian teams that India can learn from are

a) the adoption of intense fitness regimes and a focus on physical preparation

b) the use of the County Championship as a school for the devolopment of professionalism and as a finishing school. Players need to play in the CC from a young age and for a long time.

last time he was in the indian news was when that idiot Dalmia leaked a confidential e-mail for his own benefit. And Ganguly tried to use it to stay in the team despite his non performance as a player.

Why bother? In my opinion it would be a backward step to go back to Ganguly, I think it would be better for India in the long-term to go straight to Yuvraj. That way he'll have 4 years of captaincy experience under his belt when 2011 comes along.

Got to feel sorry for Uttappa, all the experienced batsmen failed but they will be given another chance, but he will be sent to the cleaners. I doubt we will ever see him in Indian colours ever again.

i say bring kaif back...give him time to get settle at the international level- not give a game and then just drop him even after he did good. and then give him the captancy because he was the captain of the u-19 team

Time to look towards the future and these players should go.
Sachin has lost it.
Sehwag has akways been useless in ODI's but Dravid kept onp backing him for some reason.
Gangully as you can see he clearly doesn't have it in him to play like he used to and no point playing him as he won't be there come next world cup.

Harbhajan one of the most over-rated players ever.. has done next to nothing for india in last few years at least in ODI and is considered a regular for some reason. Needs to be kicked out.

AA time to go son... you've played beyond your years.
Dravid needs to be just a player he's no captain... after the match against Bangladesh the message had to be sent to players by dropping a few and changing things around a bit, but being the conservative man Dravid is he stuck to same team and did not have balls to change things.

Chappell thank you for making the indian team even more medicore thant it was to start off with, did not think it was possible but you've shown, anything is possible. Hopefully he either has decency to retire himself but given the amount of money he's getting why would he? but lets hope BCCI have balls to sack him.

Whoever the fitness coach he needs to be sacked as well, this lot are so unfit, can't do anything.
