Haha, have you got a reason, or is it just because you're an idiot? I've done better with my stint as captain than you'll ever do. No one would "hate" me if it wasn't for Colts taking the 3 best batsman in our side. Why don't you go chat with them?
The fact that you sniveled your way to captaincy says it all, for mine.

I dontt hate you hey ... hate is a very powerful word ... that would insinuate that I care about you enough to hate you. Not true.

Colts have nothing to do with the way you went about the offseason. Old news, maybe. Do I care? No.

      Look, i've used smilies!! :) ??

He's only human.

It says that your many seasons of "sniveling" got you nowhere, for mine.

Just to add, I'm surprised you can use smilies.
My seasons of sniveling??

The seasons that include suspensions and general freedom of speech without any thought of wanting to take over any CW team? Why would I want to take over at blue with the captain and VC being decent human beings and with no apparent openings for said positions?
Which, in contrast to yourself, ... included last post-season that was made up of sniveling and ..... uhm, well not much else, really.

Well, I was suspended last season, also, if I wasn't speaking freely I wouldn't have to you **** off before and I wouldn't be telling you to **** off now. I entertained no thought of "overtaking" a side, I've only played 2 seasons of professional cricket, no one with 2 seasons of FC experience entertains such thoughts. Those who are thrust into such positions however, can embrace them. Hoy was made captain but quit, what was I to do? Leave a side captain less and without 4 key players?

Are you saying Pickup, Hoy and Richards aren't decent human beings? Interesting that.

Goughy : What planet you on? Smith is a target because he deserves it. All the "prejudice" and hate towards Black? Come on ... get out of that rock, pal.
Planet Black. TBH Ive not been here long enough to build any attachment to the team but long enough to notice they are treated differently (and not in a good way)

I have also noticed how organised and well run it has been.

The team was decimated by players leaving and then a great job was done on recruiting. People hated that.

A salary cap was set and despite hard choices, they were made and a very professional job was done.

The contract system was set and Black was the 1st team to get their players signed and organised.

The Black model should be held up as an example of how to run a club. I would never have noticed until I came here but once here they stand out.

And of course, the rules were set to directly disadvantage Black.. 8-)

while i cant remember much about how Smith came to be captain i have to admit that since becoming captain he has done a superb job in managing the club so far.

The real challenge remains though for his captaincy as the season approaches when his captaincy will be put to the real test on the field.
