The game certainly looks NZ's unless they do several very silly things indeed. Unlike the last time we played them, we just don't seem able to dry up the runs in the middle overs, and there's going to be no pressure even if they do lose a wicket or two later on. I don't really undestand why Fred isn't bowling instead of Plunkett at this stage: this ain't going to the death, so there's no point saving him for the slog.

Fulton will struggle to get back in the team now with this quality all-round performance by Styris
I would play Fulton again because of recent form. If Styris scores 70 then he should carry on. They can play around with the minnow matches anyway

Well they've already done several silly things, 2 of which have cost wickets...

See it so often, even from excellent captains like Vaughan.

No, this game is now NZ's to lose. And unless they pull a Zimbabwe, I can't see that happening.

Plunkett started off with two very good balls, I definitely can see why Vaughan retained him...for the next two overs.
