I think Bell is far better off batting at no.4 rather than no.3, i think KP should bat at no.3 as it would help England score at a good run-rate during the Power-Plays.

Taylor has always batted at three and Mcmillan has always batted at 5 or 6 so its probably best to keep them in their familiar roles......except in test march cricket where they could both very well be opening soon. :
