Bottom line is Taito has got 2 wickets and he is bowling well at good pace.

And if Tait is a poor young bowler then there are a lot of young bowlers in other teams who shouldn't have even bothered to show up in the WC.
There are.
Anyways how many blokes are bowling at 99-100 mph in world cricket atm.
Not many, but it doesn't really matter much. To a top-class batsman, there's not much difference between 91 and 99.

thats cool, he is extremely hard to play when it is swinging.. good to watch
England 146/4 (34.0 ov)

very happy with our bowlers as its the guys i worried about [Tait and Hogg] who have been our best bowlers

just hope for no batting collapse lol

There is a pattern emerging in these warmup games that tells me slow bowlers will have a big impact this WC. They are taking wickets left, right and centre and are generally not conceding many runs.

South Africa, you're in trouble.

Don't forget, some of these grounds are not being used in the Tournament Real.

If Ponting is not gonna bowl Taito at the death with Pidge and Bracks then he is gonna make a big mistake, he can bowl lethal reverse swinging yorkers at the death. He is a better option that Clark,Watson and Johnson at the death by miles.

Cricket-Play interrupted in Trinidad after players slam pitch
Fri Mar 9, 2007 3:27PM GMT

ST AUGUSTINE, Trinidad, March 9 (Reuters) - Play at a World Cup warm-up match between South Africa and Pakistan was held up for seven minutes on Friday after the players complained about the state of the pitch.

South African coach Mickey Arthur and his Pakistan counterpart Bob Woolmer came on to the field to discuss the pitch with the umpires Peter Parker and Ian Gould.

"Players weren't happy with the way the ball was bouncing on the pitch but the umpires are satisfied that the game can go ahead," International Cricket Council official Dhiraj Malhotra told reporters.
