If a club and a player come to an agreement before the end of a contract for the player to leave is there a penalty or fee then?
It depends on the terms of termination. Again, an appeal for termination will have to be filed through the PA Rep.

Hi all,

Just announcing that I am no longer committed to the Blacks if anyone would like to make an offer.

Personally i think i've done better than some C level players however i'm a D but i'm not going to kick up a fuss because it means 1 extra point for Green to play with.

Not bad a C. Would of liked a B but don't think i've played enough to get a higher ranking.

I don't know why you guys are complaining. I'm an E.
The way i see it, i think you have more chances of getting picked up by any club than someone with a "C". Though i am not complaining about my "C", probably should have been a "D" instead.

Excellent idea for the contact system. I think it has effectively included all the good points from previous proposals. Will be interested to see how it works.

Appeal lodged.
I wish to appeal the ranking of Marc Robbins as a B.

As a player with 77 ODIs and 15 Tests it seems logical that he is an A.

Especially given his domestic OD stats last year
MJ Robbins - 32 wickets @ 17.94 (CW Red)- The 3rd most wickets in Dev League

Im leaving FC out of it as I (Goughy) didnt play FC last season and if Mr. Robbins wants me moved to a B then we should compare given the formats I have played. And he out played me and is far more experienced. If I am a B then he is an A. Personally, I am happy with a C for me and a B for him but hey!

If this seems childish, it probably is and I make no apologies for it. Marc appealed my rating and it is purely coincidental I think his rating is inaccurate :)
