well, imo the 4 best teams are NZ, Aus, SA, SL, so Hussey has correctly identified the best teams. Pakistan would have been my next best prior to Asif and Akhtar being left at home.

No online site would allow betting from an Indian IP address as it would not risk breaking Indian laws. Therefore to bet you have to be outside India.
Recorded Non-Resident Indian population is 30 million out of which roughly 30% would be adult males(the rest being women and children) out of which lets say 50% have the means and willingness to bet online. So that gives us a figure of approx 4.5 million which is not nearly enough to influence odds figures is it??
