No they aren't, they show every series and tournament, except the world cup.in tv i think rogers cable in toronto has a channel CBN
CBN showed the icc champions trophy and pakistan v/s south africa. i think they are gonna ahow it but not 100% sure
The best way, I am not sure myself, so just do some research on different packages.

I have the same question, i'm still struggling to find out as to how to watch world cup 007 matches in Canada.The websites covering it are illegeal and have very poor quality.

If what I am reading is correct, ATN's new channel Cricket Plus might just be broadcasting every WC match

If this is true, I am quite surprised of the breakthroughs ATN is making. They use to charge us 40-50 dollars at one point for a single match. And now, not only has one of their channels (CBN) started to broadcast every single series, they are also broadcasting the whole WC for 10-15 dollars per month.
Obviously, however, I am guessing this will be the price since according to Rogers they provide one channel for the fixed price and every other channel is 10 bucks.
But for more details call Rogers and find out. But if all works out as planned, wow, kudos to ATN!
