And if anyone thinks otherwise, why on earth do you waste your time talking about how shi... crappy it is, eh? I dont talk about AIDS all the time, so maybe you should just be quiet now youve made your point, instead of bitching in every thread. yeah?

So, who else thinks twenty20 is a great thing?
IMO this is the best way to do things rather than you guys polluting our Society-dedication thread with your poisonous arguments...

Richard, I seem to have seen that you have your own thread on this matter.

Maybe you should hang out there.

As I said - I do hope that will happen from now on - but given that our thread was intruded on more than a few posts I see it that we have a right to some payback.

Oh, yeah... good luck with your

I was just pointing-out - slightly unconventionally I admit - that threads dominated by people expressing an alike sentiment are rather unlikely to be hotbeds of interesting conversation.

Agreeing with everything gets rather boring very, very quickly.

My Society Thread wasn't meant to be a long-term thing - just something to collate us members. I didn't intend discussion of the format, because it's been done probably something in the region of 1,327,248,182 times...

From memory the beginning of your thread was just "i agree" by most people, no real discussion until a couple pages in.

I think he means its perfectly acceptable to have a stupefyingly dull thread with lots of people agreeing with each other, only if those people agree with him.

I may be para-phrasing a little:)
I'm certainly not saying anything of the sort, as I specifically stated, I didn't intend my Society Thread to be one that lasted beyond us all signing-up.

For the third time...

Discussion was not intended. All I had in mind was a gathering, and a sign-up sort of activity.

Does thees see now?

That way less people are likely to sign-up.

I was kinda hoping - that was the whole point of the T&C at the very top of the thread-starter - that I'd avoid any discussion while keeping the topic up at the top long enough for most of CW to read and join if they held such sentiments...........
