Not over yet IMO.

Sticking my neck out now at 4/40 - Australia to win. I'll happily cop the Greig if we don't.
Certainly a fair call while Hussey's still there.

I still think it could easily go either way. Superb bowling by England at the moment though.

I spent the afternoon at my father's today, and he was convinced that Australia threw their last preliminary match against England AND the first final (he hasn't ever really recovered from Cronjegate) because they (the ICC, Channel Nine, the Illuminati) wanted three finals and the English broadcasting fees.

I said that if England won today, he'd have to accept the results were legit, and he agreed, laughing out loud at the idea that it could possibly happen...

It ain't quite over yet. Break this partnership in the next 10 overs or so and it probably will be. Whether the ball continues to swing in the wet conditions is the key factor here, especially with Flintoff to bowl soon.

Ball seems to have stopped swinging as much since it's hit the outfield a bit.

The spinners overs might be key here, if it goes the full distance of 41 overs.

Not confident about having Watson coming to the crease in the late overs with 7 an over needed, unfortunately. More or less down to these two.

Fantastic shot by Hodge there. Looking good.

edit: And again! Plunkett off after this one.

yeah, it's funny, there were 3 blokes who come and watch our cricket in their 40s/50s who were all convinced by the same conspiracy theory. Funny how the mind works when blokes get to a certain age.

This partnership is so freaking important. Really need Hussey especially to hang in there
