But it would make a difference to how the opposition plays Australia. If they went through the summer unbeatable, I'm sure there would have been talk of Australia going unbeaten through to the final etc etc. Feeling all invisible and all.I doubt it'd make a huge difference really. Injuries and so on would, but I don't think losing this match and a series against NZ with a depleted side would make a huge difference to how Australia play in the world cup.
But if my scenario unfolds, then all sides will go in to there games vs Australia with more confidence. I mean, if England can beat Australia 3 times in a row.........
