Considering they've hit hardly any boundaries, these two are going really quickly. Excellent rotation of the strike.

inside edge according to SKY replays, SKY commentary, and even cricinfo

otherwise it was plumb
Replays on Channel Nine didn't show any clear deviation from when it went past the bat. They only showed it a few times though.

Hoping Ponting doesn't give Watson the ball at the end, but it looks like he will. Should've been bowled out a few overs ago really. No point letting a guy who only just came back from injury bowl the last few overs in a must win final

Collingwood's a chance for 3 tons in a row here. They would probably like Freddie to face most of the strike in this partnership but it's not out of the question.

Aussies look to be in trouble now. They are at their weakest chasing, and something close to 300 will be hard to pull of. Unbeleivable if England were to knock them over 2-0 in the finals. One of the greatest ever upsets.

That's probably the most sensible thing I've ever heard you say Arrow

Hogg's been quite unlucky here IMO, definitely bowled better here than he did in the last game.

Watson did okay after the rain break really, though his first two overs were horrible. Typical that people whinge about his bowling when he's not doing any worse than anyone else though. Flintoff was lbw too, though it's understandable that it was given not out.

Aside from that, it's been a fine partnership by these two. Not quite come at the rate they would have liked, but 250-260 is looking certain now, which is a competitive score.

agreed :(

faith in Hodge!! lol

i guess its good to practice chasing for the WC... but i dont want us to be bundled out by England within 2 matches!!!

i recn the pommy bowlers will get lots of swing and they will be wayward but the Aussie batsmen wil get themselves out .. trying to hit fours :(...also we got Watson batting at 7

Collingwood's the only english player i like at the moment. He just is that sort of batter you like watching even if he is not on your team.

Cant really see Collingwood scoring at a rate that would get him to 3 figures. And for Englands sake, if Collingwood gets enough deliveries to get to 100, they would be worse off. Flintoff needs to get the majority of the strike in these final overs, with Collingwood just pushing singles and hitting the occasional boundary.

EDIT: And Flintoff goes to a ripper c&b, looks like collingwood would have to be getting 3 figures now
