They're both different games based on similar principles.Union and league are different codes. ODI and tests are different formats of the same code
Haha, funniest post on that thread:For your reading pleasure - I lost the plot at some stage in that thread...
SA and Ind, you're absolutely joking.OK, might have been stretching it a BIT to say any other test nation - I think Pakistan wouldn't need him. I think South Africa, India, and NZ would welcome him into the line up however.
I think his Test career stats to date tell us little about his quality as a bowler now. He's clearly improved significantly and learnt to do more with the ball in a wider variety of conditions. He also looks to have added a yard of pace compared to a few years ago, when he wants to bowl quicker rather than bowl for swing.
Bracken would be line ball for the third seamer's spot in either team IMO... and certainly in the 12SA and Ind, you're absolutely joking.
Ntini, Pollock, Steyn, Nel > Bracken.Bracken would be line ball for the third seamer's spot in either team IMO... and certainly in the 12
Zaheer Khan, Munaf Patel, Sreesanth's recent deeds > any of Bracken's.Ntini, Pollock, Steyn, Nel > Bracken.
Steyn certainly has. Nel hasn't, but he doesn't need to, he's always been better than Bracken ever has.Unless Steyn and Nel have improved significantly since last year, I don't agree.
This is what i have come back for.....classic!!!!They're both different games based on similar principles.
