Well at least NZ have managed to get half of the Aussie total - it's a start. 43 runs needed of these 4 balls for NZ to win on D/L if sudden rain interruption

Greig says the rain is drifting past...if it was anyone else saying that I'd be optimistic that we might get away with having no interruptions.

...people have been out LBW after being hit on the back, helmet, etc. It's not all that rare.
Yeah, but that is still out. I think Andy meant that he has never seen an lbw where the ball only hit the bat/gloves.

Anywhere, it happened earlier this season in the Ford Ranger Cup. Hartley was given lbw when the ball came straight off the bat in this cracker of a match where South Australia needed 5 to win off the last ball and Ryan Harris hit a six. The ball didn't get within a foot of the pads.
