Am in Madras for the match as well. Really hope Lara plays, but chances of that seem only 50-50 at the moment :(

Hoping to see Devon Smith get a proper go and probably Rayad Emrit too, though I don't expect he will do much (Emrit, not Smith).

The man who is credited with the historic byline of calling the Indian cricket selectors (very rightfully, in my opinion) a "bunch of jokers" yesterday accredited himself with another famous distinction.

Mohinder Amarnath, former Indian batting hero, became the first intrepid ex-cricketer to publicly demand the Little Master Sachin Tendulkar’s curly-haired head if the faltering icon failed to deliver.

Besides questioning Tendulkar’s credentials to be in the team itself, Amarnath made a scathing, sardonic dig at Tendulkar’s new found propensity to perpetually pretend that some extraneous extraordinary factor was responsible for his abject dismissal.

Stop pretending, says the fiery Amarnath.

In short, Amarnath’s message to Sachin is dispassionately terse, shape in or drive out in your red Ferrari. :@

Whatever it takes!!!
You're aware that Lara has a knee injury, right? I think that's more of a factor than fatigue over commercial work.

At the rate that Bravo gives out autographs, you probably won't be in the minority for long. :p Top guy, really.
Well, the injury didn't seem to affect his walking and stuff, tbh. But he seemed real keen to get on to the bus and leave and even cut his interview short. Plus, after that, he had a Q & A session at his hotel by the pool and also had to visit a school and coach some 150 lucky youngsters on batting and stuff. Needless to say, he had to face the press and field questions there too. So I think the commercial work drained him out more than his injury. :)

And yeah, Bravo does seem like a real nice guy. Was really funny when he took my book to autograph and the security guy standing next to him was asking around, "who is this player signing autographs?" and I had to tell him "Its Dwayne Bravo". Bravo chipped in with "The all rounder". Was pretty funny. :)

Let me address you as a proper poster rather than a troll for a second. You do realize that virtually everyone in here wants Tendulkar to be dropped if he fails in England, don't you? You do realize that you won't change anyone's views with repetitive "Drop Tendulkar!!!" posts, don't you? I'm sure you have more useful things to contribute. Give it a shot.

JustTool has convinced me that Tendulkar deserves a raise, TBH. How about another ferarri? IMO if he pisses off The Tool that much, he needs to be rewarded in some way, no?

Just watching highlights of the semi-final of the Stanford 20/20 match. Boy, the 19 yr old Keiron Pollard can hit the ball! Is he close to getting a national call-up?

He's still going!

9.4 Bravo to Uthappa, FOUR, four more, he times the drive perfectly through covers again, Uthappa is on fire and the crowd are chanting his name!

When I read that I immediatley thought of The Rock in the WWE. Rocky Rocky! I mean Uthappa Uthappa Uthappa Uthappa!

This is going to be a big 'un, by the looks of things. Nice stuff from Uthappa to get them going.

Out of curiosity, why has Lara sent India in twice on pitches yielding such big totals this series?
