Same dismissal in every game for Loye, basically.

Really hard to see who is going to get England up to 250 odd. Maybe a decent stand in the middle order from Bell, Collingwood etc and then Flintoff in the last 10?
Yeah, I really hope England can post a good total. Look forward to getting home to watch the last 10 overs of the England innings with Flintoff (hopefully) there. Look forward to seeing a replay of that Loye 6 too

 Kick them while they're down why don't ya? Sounds like a pretty steady start to me

Johnson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deserved that wicket after being so close during his last over. That slower ball he enticed Bell to drive at was a beauty.

Strauss' miserable summer continues... one must wonder if it should be he that gets the Kick instead of Loye when Vaughan comes back.

Haha, silly shot there from Strauss. But yeah, Fiery's right, this is a relatively good start for England. Still won't be enough.

Tough decision coming up in 15 mins....

To watch the cricket or to watch the Oz v Uruguay game on FoxSports?

Ian Bell hit a 6!? Sounds like a good one too.

(Just the 3rd 6 in his ODI career btw)

Aussies have been a bit too ****y by resting both mcgrath and backen in one game.

Aussies have fielded a lighter bowling attack today s.clark bowls way too many boundary balls in odi cricket johnson has been ok in short stints but overall not really economical so far as for binga he has been fabulous today(so far) .we will miss bracken in the death overs, great to see hoggy getting a chance. After all this england still managed to loss two quick wickets wow i mean only england can do that right.

Are the ropes usually in that far on the straight boundary?

They looked like they were about 5-8m on that six from Bell.

Bell, really, was the danger man....

I expect another one or two wickets in the next 5 overs, really.

From past games I have watched, the ropes being in that far are typical for Adelaide.

I hate it though.

Nah, it's not at all ****y. They've already qualified for the finals. No point having McGrath injured before the WC.

Sounds like a good cameo from Bell but bad time to get out. Bout time he showed some urgency though. He has a very tidy technique and can play all the shots when he wants to.

Bell was definitely looking like a danger, much like Pietersen was.

I was hoping for a Pom to stand up and make some runs.

i think death bowling could have been a problem without bracken but the way england are batting i doubt there will any death overs coz they might get bowled out much before that. And what is this whole deal of not playing mahmood is he injured or fletcher has completly lost it coz he was one of there better odi bowlers and he hasn't played a game.
