***Official*** West Indies in India

Woohoo, this could be quite the sizzler. Smith out, 6 down and 50 runs needed. India in front for mine, Chanders a real threat though.

Be a crying shame if Chanderpaul is on the losing side twice in succession, chalk and cheese from the other night but both equally brilliant innings.

Good support from Bravo and Smith though, didn’t fancy the West Indies from the outset but those two knew just hanging around isn’t enough on this surface, really good counter attacking cricket. It’s not like the pitch has eased up or the dew has taken effect, Powar is still turning the ball miles and the seamer’s are still getting huge puff’s of dust appearing every time they send down the ball.

Well, WI clearly in front now. 39 runs off 55 balls with four wickets left and Powar is done for the game.

EDIT: Last ball Powar! Nice! Back to even now.

Powar has earned himself more tryouts. Clearly. I've always rated him higher than Bhajji. Good to see him delivering.

TBF, you'd probably have India behind if there were 70 more to get. WI have to get these runs. Still put India in front, myself, though obviously it's close.

Don't need Tendulkar bowling wides though...

Yea he would never put India in front. 3 wickets and 37 runs...I would put India in front

35 off 36 with Chanders still at the crease is definitely doable. If anything, its even.

Haven't seen any of it, mind you, but Chanders appears to be in fantastic form so far this series. Going 100mph in the first game, and this time, the more eking out what's needed approach.

Pacers are gonna have to bowl at least three overs here.

I'm curious why you didn't mention the 3 wickets. Chanderpaul can stay all he wants at the crease, if the other 3 tail batsman get out, he cant do anything.

He's a smart enough batsman to keep most of the strike. It's not like he absolutely has to rotate. A boundry and a single or two is all you need.
