I’ll be amazed if we win this but Australia have made a mountain out of a mole hill. **** knows how John Lewis has four wickets and other than Anderson, I find it difficult to comprehend why were still in this game.

Tired argument indeed, and the same responses apply. If it's not conclusive the vast majority of the time, you can't use it.
That looked completely conclusive on Snicko to me. If it's not conclusive then 3rd umpire could give the benefit of the doubt to the batsman. He's got a much better chance of getting it right than the umpires have with the naked eye and ears in a noisy stadium

Wide for Tremlett. Don't need those even if I am stating the obvious.

If I were Tremlett I would pitch one right up and catch Lee on the backfoot and see if I can get him out LBW or get a nick and caught behind.

Most interesting scenario would be Aus 145 for 9 after 40, with McGrath & Bracken having to see Aus home against Dalrymple & Collingwood.

Australia win.

Perhaps Hussey's greatest ODI knock or one of? Credit to England, who's batting perfermence was more shocking then what Bangladesh would have done, bowled very well and Anderson was so unlucky.

I liked the way Hussey said "I was a bit lucky. I missed a few that I could have nicked on another day" with a straight face in that interview. Oscar worthy

Yup. If you can't manage to bat for more than 42 overs, you don't deserve to win, period.
The bowling's a plus though, and there's some grounds for optimism there.

A great Hussey knock? Admittedly I only base this on the CricInfo commentary, but wasn't he more of a charmed chancer today?

Was a great captains knock. Not sure about Stuart Clark's effort's
Oh dear, I see what you mean. 7 overs for 87 runs at 12.42 rpo. Eek. That's why they lost that match. Hussey must have been a bit dirty at him after scoring a great ton in the only game he has captained

Typical Huss really
Hah, that's harsh. A typical Hussey innings, to me, is one where as a fan of the opposing team you decide to take the dog for a walk after he's faced three balls because you're certain he won't give the slightest chance.

He publically criticised his bowlers, was pretty awesome coming from a guy who captained only one game :D

 It must have been a thinly veiled dig at Clark in particular as all the others bowled OK. The next worst bowler, Cullen, only went for 5.66.

Up there.

That one is up there too, even though Australia ended up losing the match.

Also a good one. Came in at 5/93, scored 62 of the remaining 103 runs on a seaming wicket against a pretty in-form attack. Didn't win the game, though.

Hussey's played lots of good knocks, but there's no doubt this is his best second innings one. He's never done much of anything in a chase before.
