Pretty disappointing shot from Fleming. Wasn't even a slower ball or anything, just didn't hit it well. Big blow to the chase.

Similar dismissal to Bell's in the last game when he got tied down a bit. Same fielder, even.
Yeah true, only difference is Bell does it very often. Wouldn't have expected that from Fleming.

Has almost well and truly killed the game off IMO. I hope Fulton and Taylor can at least score some runs.

Top innings from Taylor. Will be a great addition to the NZ side, if he doesn't go the way of Hamish Marshall.

He wont. Think he will go the way of Martin Crowe actually
Yeah if he can score 217 off 212 balls then it suggest he has a lot going for him talent wise. I think he will make his Test debut next season and will do well if he gets the chance to play County Cricket.

Test prospect as well, I assume? FC average doesn't look great, but he's only 22, and I don't think too many batsmen average 40+ in FC cricket in New Zealand anyway.

Shot by Fulton.

That is the sort of hook shot Michael Vaughan or Ricky Ponting would have been proud of. Deserved six.

He's probably done better in domestic one-dayers but will definitely play in our next test... which is in 2011 I think

Unfortunate way to get hurt, though it doesn't look too bad. It was a fantastic shot.

Geez, and another one. Symonds copping it.
