Nice typo from someone on the BBC...

1628: GOAL Chelsea 3-0 Wigan

That one... dunno how long it'll last. Aww, not very long.

Put a multi-bet earlier tonight, for Liverpool, Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal all to win. I've always thought about doing it, but figured that in one game there would have to be a draw/loss to one of those teams, and never did it. Finally figured that this round was a fair round to do it in.

It was paying $4.30, and so far so good with Chelsea, Liverpool and Man U all winning. Up to Arsenal now.

Well, if you believe in omens: we won 6-2 earlier in the season, have won at Ewood Park more times than any other visiting team in the history of the Premiership (6 times) & Van Persie has a fetish for knocking them in against them (6 goals in 4 games).

Me? I'd pile it on Blackburn! ;)

Especially with Gilberto off...

We were held by Scunthorpe, who by all accounts lived up to the four letter word contained in their name. 2 off, 6 others yellowed, dissallowed goal for offside which was dubious, blatant penalty missed.. dissapointing but a point is not the end of the world.

Scunthorpe Oldham
Goal Attempts 3 : 19 Goal Attempts
On Target 2 : 15 On Target
Crosses 4 : 29 Crosses
Corners 1 : 7 Corners
Offside 3 : 5 Offside
Fouls 16 : 5 Fouls
Free kicks 13 : 20 Free kicks
Yellow cards 7 : 2 Yellow cards
Red cards 2 : - Red cards
% Possession 31 : 69 Possession %

Think thats 5 Reds in the last 3 league games against us - teams are trying to stop us by being dirty, apparently both of todays were nailed on reds. Hopefully we'll be back to winning ways against Brizzle next week.

Oh no CDMs getting a player sent off early who happens to be in Dale's second placed fantasy side... that's just terrible...

Then I'm not sure I agree. It was their decision to relay a pitch in midwinter.
Because the then pitch was in a terrible state and was dangerous to players.

It's freak weather conditions that have caused the problems, and there's no guarantee that with the weather there's been that the game would've been able to go ahead with the old pitch.

 @ Van Persie being pole-axed by Friedel's clearance, floored. :D

Not sure about Savage's little fall, violent conduct but he went down like a sack of spuds.

Henry......

What.A.Strike!

Seems harsh when Tugay only gets a yellow for a late, studs raised challenge that could've seriously hurt Cesc.

Gilberto was daft, but you just knew Savage would be involved, didn't you? :@

Well David Beckham has been told he will not play a single game again this season. Moral of the story - don't get on the wrong side of Fabio Capello

If Prerez was still in charge he would have been fired several times by now because people like Ronaldo, Raul all ran the club.

Out of interest who do you go through when you place your bets? For me it is bet365.com and Arsenal has been very kind to me :D

Kinda harsh of him not to even give him a farewell game. Wonder what he'll do if he gets so many injuries that it's between Beckham and a Madrid B player who he'd go for?

If Cicinho is fit and available then he could play there as he goes so far forward when he is at rightback. That said I don't rate him too highly.

And for Aussie Adriano is back in form and in touch with his 3rd goal in as many games.

Good to hear that about Adriano. He had me worried thinking he'd become a dud. That rest in Brazil surely helped.
