Actually It's not about having a go at people out of frustration. Because I had plenty of opportunity to vent my frustration on my my fav. topics ;) in this test, esp in our second innings (e.g. Tendulkar's failure, Sehwag's failure, Laxman's and Zaheer's runouts, team management's decisions to open with Sehwag etc) but I didn't because I dont want to get into that endless debate again.

I reacted about umpiring complains because people are making too much of it. as If Munaf was going to take India to 300.
Sorry Sanz I wasn't directly referring to you. Just my experience.

Sometimes on the tram to uni back in 2005 my mate and I would launch into each other following a ODI loss, this happened over a period of 2 weeks I think. I can't imagine what the Australians on the tram were thinking of us.

Again, Munaf was not to take strike. I understand where you are coming from, but that could have possibly been another 10-20 runs for us because Karthik would be on strike. And we all know every single run matters.

You can acknowledge the bad umpiring without blaming the loss on them. Huge difference. Aussies never had a bad game with the umpires? Yet they win all the time despite that.
There's no doubt the umpires had a large impact (in a bad way). Obviously, they're not primarily to blame. You seem to be allergic to anything that doesn't make India seem like utter trash.

I am like praying to God atm non-stop, guys seriously God is the only one who can help us I suggest you guys start praying too. Pick anyone, we have large variety to choose from.

Man they should start complaining about things, try to delay the match, maybe we can pull out a draw this way.

@Dravid 10-20 runs are not going to make any difference here.
Sanz, be real. I know the chances are low, but anything can happen in Cricket, and it's proven. And I would rather not go against the odds. And be safe of the 10-20 that we probably deserved.

Thats it, now if the other 'fans' would stop saying that the game would have been a draw or a win had it not been for the evil umpires constantly conspiring against the Indians, it would be a start,

The game would have been drawn or won, if Indians played better, and the umpires knew what they were doing.

Turning point was Ganguly's wicket and the pathetic way in which Dravid and Tendulkar batted. Our two best batsman played as if they only had two shots.

SS, the problem is that you are almost pouring salt on their (Indian fans) wounds. I think they're all acknowledging the poor play of the team, but are extremely frustrated about the umpiring as well. When they see you posting with your "I told you so" rants, they get even more annoyed. I know I would if I was in their shoes. It's ok to be a realist, but a full-time pessimist who repeatedly reminds the fans of their own team's failure can get under the skin. I hope this is not coming out too harsh against you. I love reading your posts and all and think you're a champ. Just giving you perspective as to why everyone is ready to bite you're head off. :)

Ganguly "One more dot ball here guys, one more dot ball"

Hey saurav, how about saying. "We got him on this ball he is going to get out now" And actually try to mess up the batsman concentration.
