This wicket is good for Zaheer Khan but I do not think he is a good enough bowler to trouble the batters consistently or stop the flow of runs. So it was a big mistake to bring him on at the time he was brought. The pressure was let off and it looks easy at the moment.

It would be better to bowl Zaheer from Kumble's end as well if we do not want to bring on Munaf.

Speaking of the bowling, looking at the pitch, Harbhajan would have been a better choice than Kumble here but the team did not have the benefit of perspective while choosing the team.

Bring on Sehwag man!

Munaf and all these other mediocre bowlers are looking even more mediocre on this track. Think outside the box Dravid, Sehwag might just get us the breakthrough we need.

Gavaskar mentioning they should try Kumble from the other end as well. Give Munaf 4-6 overs right now and then try Kumble from Munaf's end.

Come on guys, this is getting frustrating. Sehwag to come on if Munaf can't strike in the next over or two.

While Sehwag from Kumble's end might provide the turn option because of the pitch, the danger of giving away even more runs andletting the pressure slide further is real. So I would continue with Munaf and Kumble even though Kumble isn't proving lethal from the end he is bowling.

Would just keep getting Munaf and Anil to keep it tight, and the wickets will come IMO.

Munaf's bouncer from the other end was smacked by Amla for four earlier. The one from this end off the last ball was pretty useful and also saw a smile from Munaf. So it is looking good now.

100 partnership. Even though RSA wasn't tested, they didn't do any thing stupid which was the key. Good stuff. For India, it is important they keep onfighting and do not let the shoulders down or feel dejected.
