If this was sheerly only on cricket knowledge, I think TEC would win, the man knows his cricket, simple as that. He has immense knowledge of the game. However this is who the best CC poster is, and I don't think I've ever seen TEC make a joke, hell even laugh at a joke, or laugh at anything resembling something funny. I can't quite remember who it was, but someone mentioned that he's the spitting image of his avatar. 
Being a good CC poster is also determined by one's demenaour on the boards and how they treat fellow posters IMO.
Matt79 is a great poster, an all-rounder who you see around the boards a lot in different thread and topics always giving well-thought out input.
