Pakistan recall Hameed

Yasir Hameed has been recalled into the Pakistan squad for the three Test series at home against the West Indies, while there is also a call-up for the uncapped Samiullah Niazi and Abdur Rehman.

Fast bowlers Mohammad Sami and Rana Naved-ul-Hasan and all-rounder Shahid Afridi have all been dropped while Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif are missing due to being banned after testing postive for nandrolone.

The first Test gets underway at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on 11th November.
