McGrath to Return

Glenn McGrath has announced his intention to regain his Test and ODI place in the Australian line-ups.

McGrath missed the recent tours of South Africa and Bangladesh, to help his wife through her latest breast cancer treatment.

Glenn McGrath intends to make his comeback in the upcoming Champions Trophy in India. Ricky Ponting had stated his preference for McGrath to prepare himself for the upcoming Ashes series by playing some County cricket.

National chairman of selectors Andrew Hilditch said everything is progressing well, with Glenn back in the gym and intending to start bowling in the nets soon.
