India draw warm-up match

India have drawn their two day warm-up match against Antigua & Barbuda after finishing on 311-9 at the close of day two.

Antigua & Barbuda were dismissed for 300 on the first day, whilst in reply India managed to overhaul their total mainly thanks to VVS Laxman who scored 72, while Wasim Jaffer with 52, Mohammad Kaif with 53 and MS Dhoni with 60 not out also managed good knocks at the crease.

Justin Athanaze was the best of the Antigua & Barbuda bowlers finishing with 3-79 from 21 overs.

India now look forward to the first of four Test matches against the West Indies with the first Test starting this Friday at the Antigua Recreation Ground.
