Giles to return for Pakistan

Ashley Giles has set himself the goal of returning for Pakistan’s four Test tour of England beginning in July.

Giles has recently under gone surgery to correct a hernia problem, which has forced him out of the whole Sri Lanka series.

A managed process back to playing is being put in place and according to specialists he should be back running again within the next two weeks.

Giles feels as though he could be back playing County cricket within six weeks and has set himself that goal to ensure he gets enough bowling in the middle prior to the demanding Pakistan series.

The first Test against Pakistan starts on 13th July at Lord’s.
