Franklin in, Mason out

James Franklin has replaced Michael Mason for the fifth one-day international against the West Indies in Auckland this Saturday.

Mason is ruled out after failing to recover from his lower back strain, which forced him out of the fourth ODI in Napier yesterday.

Franklin comes back into the Black Caps squad after hitting a career best first-class score of 208 and taking four wickets in Wellington’s innings and 60 runs victory over the Auckland Aces.
