After a long, hard road Cricket Heroes is on the verge of being released. We’ve received excellent feedback regarding the gameplay, but the graphics are still not up to par. Unfortunately, the team cannot afford to self-fund the game any longer.

To this effect we’ve set up an Indiegogo campaign (Kickstarter isn’t supported in South Africa) to try to raise the $6000 needed to do a graphics update. This will go towards improving the player models and animations, new stadiums, a training facility, crowd animations, etc. We’ve set up physical rewards for supporters too. Depending on how much you donate, you could receive a boxed version of Cricket Heroes with a printed manual. There are also discounts to be had on multiple copies. I should mention that only $5000 will be used on the graphics refresh – the other $1000 will go towards Indiegogo levies and the physical rewards.
