Collingwood in stomach bug scare

England skipper Paul Collingwood has missed a team training session on the eve of the fourth ODI against India after suffering stomach cramps.

England lead the series 2-1 and will be looking for every opportunity to extend the gap, a task which will be made a lot more difficult without their captain. However, Andrew Flintoff has told Sky News that he expects Collingwood to pull through and play at Manchester.

“Paul’s a tough lad. I think he got a little bit of a bug. He’s not been around this morning but I fully expect him to turn up and lead the side on Thursday,” Flintoff said.

England take on India for the forth ODI of the seven match series on Thursday at Old Trafford.
