“Castro” returns to cricket

Fidel Edwards is back from injury, as he returns to Barbados’ squad for Round 7 of the Carib Beer Series. Edwards and fellow Bajan Tino Best have been pronounced fit to play after impressing in a limited overs match at the Three W’s Oval on Sunday. However, Best will not meet his return quite as yet.

Making way for Edwards is fellow pace prospect, Jason Bennett. Bennett has had an exceptional season for Barbados with 24 wickets, but makes way in the struggling team.
