Akhtar & Asif set return date

Pakistan fast bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif will make their come-backs in a domestic Twenty20 Cup this month.

Both players were cleared of doping charges by the Pakistan Cricket Board and will return on December 21st when the Twenty20 Cup gets underway an official said.

As is well known, both players were sent home from the Champions Trophy in October and were banned for two years and one year respectively after testing positive for a banned steroid nandrolone but had their bans over-turned on appeal.
