Warne & Lara to play Hong Kong Sixes

Hong Kong Sixes organisers have announced that Shane Warne and Brian Lara will take part in the yearly tournament being played on October 27-28.

Warne and Lara will be apart of an All-Star Team along with teams from Hong Kong, England, Australia, India, Pakistan, New Zealand, West Indies, Sri Lanka and South Africa.

Warne had the following to say “I have heard so much about the event from some of the great players that have been here over the years, so to come and play myself is very exciting.”

Anil Kumble, Virender Sehwag, Shahid Afridi and Heath Streak have also been confirmed for the tournament.
