Aussies stick with same eleven

The Australian selectors have kept the same starting eleven from Melbourne for the fifth and final Test in Sydney starting 2nd January.

Australia are looking to clean-sweep an Ashes series for only the second time. The first being done in 1920-21 when Warwick Armstrong was captain.

Brett Lee was under pressure for his place in the final Test but secured his spot after taking 4-47 in England’s second innings in Melbourne.

The Test also sees the end of Shane Warne’s and Glenn McGrath’s careers.
