Strauss & Yousuf move forward

The latest International Cricket Council player Test rankings have been released and it sees a few backward and forward movements for England and Pakistan players.

Andrew Strauss has moved ahead of Marcus Trescothick into 11th place after his century in the first Test, while Trescothick has moved back to 13th place following his disapponting double of 16 and 18.

Kevin Pietersen moved back one place to 10th following his scores of 21 and 41 in the first Test.

On the Pakistan front Mohammad Yousuf has moved up two positions in the rankings to fifth place following his double century, while Inzamam-ul-Haq remains in third place.

There has been no changes in the bowling rankings with the top 20 places remaining unchanged.
