Mohammed in Test squad

Spinner Dave Mohammed has been included in the West Indian Test squad to play India. Mohammed, who bowls left-arm wrist-spin, has played two Tests before, in which he took three wickets at an average of 81. His recall comes after outstanding domestic performances, and a good showing in his first three ODIs, where he picked up six wickets at an average of under 13.

The bulk of the squad is made up the ODI squad for the series against India which finishes today. Sewnarine Chattergoon, Dwayne Smith and Carlton Baugh have all been left out, and opener Daren Ganga and wicket keeper Denesh Ramdin take their places. Shivnarine Chanderpaul also returns after missing the last two ODIs with a hamstring problem.
