England in India: Tour dates set

The England and Wales Cricket Board has confirmed the provisional dates for England’s tour to India in 2006.

Along with their Indian counterparts the boards have agreed that the series will include three Tests and seven one-day internationals that are scheduled be played when England visit in March 2006.

The Test series will be played first, provisionally between the 8th and 29th of March, with the one-day series following between the 4th and 22nd of April.

Venues for the matches are still undecided and are set to be confirmed by mid-October.
