Im loving, even though the results aren't going my way. Well actually it makes it slightly better, trying to figure how to get more out of our team, adds to the managerial experience.

Assistant manager feedback hasn't helped , i'ved followed pretty much everything you said and i've gone no where. Nah serious its nice to see another person's view on how our team is going.

I can't think of any changes of the top of my head, maybe being able to change pitch conditions throughout the tournment. Also maybe being able to being in players throughout the tournment for injuries or poor form. I would love to bring in Freddie for Fairfax or Trescothick for Hobbs injury.

Good for a start - anyone else got anything to add?

Any suggestions will be taken on board, then Liam and I will have a laugh at the stupidity of them, call the people who suggested them fools and then carry on regardless
