Who is better in terms of technique?
Such as?lol
Viv is about to get absolutely mangled here, and probably for a good reason, other than a select few I don't think anyone technically surpassed Sachin.
Don and Hobbs for two.Such as?
Again I don't see how you can say Hobbs had a better technique if you never actually saw it.Don and Hobbs for two.
then Hutton.Again I don't see how you can say Hobbs had a better technique if you never actually saw it.
Fair call. As would be Kallis, Boycott and Gavaskar. Technique though has to apply to both spin and pace.then Hutton.
Viv was not tested by Murali or Warne. The only one who tested him was Chandra and he was at his fag end of his career. Still he is a rung below Murali and Warne. Tendulkar did alright.Viv Richards didn't had any weakness while sachin struggled many times against inswing balls.
Don't think that can be labelled as a limitation. It is not like Kohli's 5th stump line. Yes he wasn't much comfortable against inswing.Viv Richards didn't had any weakness while sachin struggled many times against inswing balls.
They say that but honestly I don't think it was a weakness of Tendulkar. He played reverse really well. He played Wasim and Waqars inswing very well. McGraths offcutter did cause some issues.Don't think that can be labelled as a limitation. It is not like Kohli's 5th stump line. Yes he wasn't much comfortable against inswing.
