What's your secret squiz, I'm not going too well at spotting young talent in the Australian ranks.

There's always heaps of young batsmen coming through, although the bowlers are a bit scarce. Usually if i find a good youth bowler and he has a bad start to his test career I'll stick with him and he comes good in the end. I was lucky with my keeper though, it's hard to find a decent one
